Summary | 0007162: URLs forced to lower case in text emails
Description | HTML version of a link in an email: <a href="http://www.hawaiiforgivenessproject.org/press/Forgiveness-Release-full06.htm"> When sent as mixed HTML-text through PHPList, this URL becomes: <http://www.hawaiiforgivenessproject.org/press/forgiveness-release-full06.htm> And breaks. 404. This renders mixed-mode messages pretty much useless in PHPList. If every character in every path has to be lowercase, PHPList cannot refer correctly to most of the pages on the Web, when communicating with text viewers.
Additional Information | This issue has been reported at least twice recently that I can see, and dismissed as minor, resolved. Not minor, not resolved.
