Summary	0019883: Add http on [CONTACT] information links
Description	Currently some email clients (Thunderbird) won't add http on contact information links so those are not clickable. Example: Homepage URL References regarding the URLs in vcards: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6350#section-6.7.8 https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-vcarddav-vcardrev-01.html#URL
