|Summary||0019749: Email subject encoding|
More and more email subjects do have emojis into them.
Phplist has ways to do this by encoding th email subject with UTF8, and using external encoders like https://tools.bluestatedigital.com/kb/subject-line-assistant
It would be great if the encoding would be done in the background natively by phplist so subjects could include emojis and special caracters.

||This should work if the database character set is utf8mb4 not simply utf8. That is needed so the emoji is stored in the database. The mysql utf8 character set does not support a range of unicode characters including emojis.|
||This could be closed then|
|The documentation / manual can be updated to specify that phpList databases should use this encoding in order to support emojis.|
