Summary	0019709: Add statistic: % opens by first time recipient subscribers
Description	Like 0019708 but for subscribers for whom this is the first campaign they have ever received (and also therefore the first they have ever opened). This statistic identifies subscribers who received the selected campaign as their first ever, and opened it. Ideally this statistic would be specific to a list rather than a phpList instalation (eg first campaign received from the recipient list) but that is more technically challenging and would be interesting to explore.
