Summary0019385: Language files not updated in new releases
DescriptionThe language files containing internationalised strings are out of date in the phpList 3 repo and so the strings which ship with new versions of the app are also outdated until they are updated using the web interface or after switching languages. Change the release process so that the latest strings are automatically included.

@samtuke I noticed that the latest commit by phplist-languagebot is on April 29 : https://github.com/phpList/phplist3/commits?author=phplist-languagebot

@martin Please can you investigate why the bot has apparently stopped committing new changes?

@xheni @samtuke Are the translations taken from translate.phplist.org, after submitting changes? Or from other place?
I checked this page: https://resources.phplist.com/translations/start , and it's also referring to master.phplist.org .

translations on build of a version are taken from the SVN repo of the translation system.

This is now quite old, and it may be good to rebuild that.

the last commit to the SVN system was Aug 30, so I think it's still working correctly.

This was caused (I think) by two things:

1. a commit that had been made to the locale/ folder caused conflicts and stopped the system. Please do not edit the files in /locale/
2. the language bot did not have push access to the master branch.

Both resolved now.
