|Summary||0019291: Add banned address blacklist for subscriber import and signup|
|Description||For larger phpList installations and servers using multiple phpList databases it is useful to be able to prevent subscribers being imported or signing up who are known to be malevolent. For example: subscribers who have previously reported abuse despite signing themselves up to lists.|
Add email address validation, similar to the 'disposable email address' plugin, during subscriber import and sign up, to check that the address is not on an independently maintained blacklist. The blacklist should be stored in an independent file so it can be easily updated, and the location of the file should be overridable via config variable. Third party blacklists could then be easily imported without changes to the phpList codebase.
