Summary0018833: Can't select new theme, unless I have right to change settings
DescriptionI have selected the new theme in "settings". However, other users still see the old theme, unless they visit the settings page and re-select the new theme. This is a problem, since I don't want to give all users the rights to change settings. Apart from this, it seems users have to re-select the new theme on every device they use, which is inconvenient, to say the least.
Steps To Reproduce- Log in as a new user without "change settings" rights.
- Notice that there's no way to change the theme to the new one.
Additional InformationI think the problem is that there are acutally two settings: the system-wide default theme setting and a user-preference to override the default theme. This is now implemented in one setting, which obviously doesn't work as intended. It should either be split up in two settings, or the user-preference should be discarded, meaning that only an admin can select a system-wide theme for everyone. (For me, the latter would be fine.)
