|Description||Two customer support enquiries this week seeking explanation of "jump off not set" message included in unconfirmation emails.|

One of your subscribers has unsubscribed from your list and has
not explained why.
If your phpList account is new, your subscribers will not be offered any way to tell you why they have unsubscribed (they are simply removed
from your list at their request). Once your account has been used for a time and your email campaigns have been opened, subscribers seeking to unsubscribe will be provided with an opportunity to explain their desire to leave, and that message will be included in these notifications in future.
