Summary0017764: Edit text of ALL system messages.
DescriptionWe get a lot of people wanting to edit the text of system messages which are not in the config > settings area and therefore can only be edited in translation.

It strikes me that all these outgoing messages should be editable. Can we

1) make a list of all the messages and so I can mark which are editable and which are not
2) possibly find a way to make them all editable, even for .com clients

2. make a private issue.

2. not just .com clients though, I see this a lot on the forums. Does it still need to be a private issue? I guess we need to decide if it is a valid feature request in it's own right, .com aside. Is there a particular reason why some are editable and others are not?

self-hosted can edit that file. making it editable via a webinterface would overcomplicate the application.
