|Priority||normal||Severity||block||Reproducibility||have not tried|
|Summary||0017600: Error: Process Killed by other process|
|Description||I know it was reported before, but not in v3.|
I use v3.0.11 and not 12 because that's latest in my shared hosting's cPanel.
No matter what I do, I get this error, and the "stop processing" icon loads forever.
I've played in vain with MAILQUEUE_BATCH_SIZE, MAILQUEUE_BATCH_PERIOD, MAILQUEUE_THROTTLE & MAILQUEUE_AUTOTHROTTLE.
I also use DOMAIN_AUTO_THROTTLE & USE_DOMAIN_THROTTLE.
My ISP is helpless about it. They tried giving more timeouts in php.ini, etc. but that's it.
that happens when you start a new queue processing process with the force option.
are you mixing commandline and browser?
||Sorry, that was me. It can also be that you mix the "remote queue processing service" from phpList.com into it as well.|
1) I have no idea what's "remote queue processing service" from phplist.com
2) What is the force option?
3) It's not because I mix anything. It's because the "stop processing" icon loads forever and I end up restarting everything.
If I process the queue through the command line, it displays:
"phplist - Database error 2006 - while doing query MySQL server has gone away"
It gets fixed by employing settings similar to https://forums.phplist.com/viewtopic.php?t=12264
But my point is that it shouldn't get stuck like that.
The "MySQL server has gone away" indicates network issues.
Are you sending mails with a lot of data, eg large attachments?
