Summary	0017455: continue with configuration button hidden behind dashboard interface
Description	When logging in after not doing the red-green thumb's up/down config items after install, I briefly see a button saying "continue with configuration" but then it is hidden behind the main dashboard items. See screenshot. My net is pretty slow, someone with a faster page load would just not see the button I think
Steps To Reproduce	get install to point where db is initialised log out log in to dashboard see button button is then hidden
