Summary0017310: time-out requiring re-log in should give chance to save
Descriptionsometimes, when I have been editing for a while, I will take an action such as click the send test button and I will be asked to log in again. When I am logged back in, my unsaved changes have gone. Is there any way we can prevent this from happening perhaps with some basic version control or a failsafe that can allow a save, or temporary save/emergency backup?

yes, with the session timeout being smaller in the latest version, I guess we need an auto-save

We had a complaint about this by email today

" The last few weeks I composed my weekly newsletter I have FINISHED writing only to loose ALL my work by clicking "save as draft". While your obvious response may be for me to "save my work more often", I have always been able to complete my newsletter without loosing my work. Is there a way to set the account to "auto-save" every so often, or even extend the length of time before I "time-out"

We should probably bump this

the system will now keep the session "alive" when you are on editing a campaign

It will stay alive indefinitely
