hum, i think I just set another issue up for this. My advice would be a popup box warning

"this will delete stuff, are you sure you want to do this" type thing as people like myself click buttons just to see :)

popups are terrible and need to be avoided. Yes, that's not always possible, but creativity prevails.

Mr Gates has got people into clicking OK buttons without reading them. Windows has too many popups that don't make sense, and now nobody actually reads them any longer and just clicks OK.

You made the mistake once, and for sure, you will never make it again. It should be documented (which nobody reads either) and maybe even in a nice standing outy box (which nobody pays attention to), but I'm not sure we can code around it.

Nevertheless, let's keep your issue 0017267 open for now, and see if something sensible can be done.

By the way, this issue is about documenting the change on 0017086 and can be resolved when that has been recorded in the docs.
