can you track down the size of the bounce where this happens? Sounds like some massive bounce is returned, possibly including attachments or something.
Bingo! Someone had subscribed the bounce address to a newsletter.
Now, the top email was only 143K, so I am concerned that phplist choked. Is it because there were several newsletter emails in the mailbox and combined they were too much to deal with?
||The error seems to indicate one message. I guess it could be any of the ones in the mailbox, as due to the crash it never got to purging the deleted mails.|
