|Summary||0016865: plugin installation across partitions fails|
when a plugin has a subdirectory and the "tmpdir" is on a different partition than the plugin rootdir, the directory is not copied across. Needs to be done differently, or better instructions to ensure that the tmpdir and the plugin rootdir are on the same partition and an alert if they are not.

|I didn't realise that you had already raised this problem. I think that it needs to be fixed as it causes a confusing problem for a user.|
yes, would be good to resolve. For now, the best thing to do is to tell people to make the tmpdir be on the same filesystem as the plugin dir.
To show that as a warning is hard, but the recursive copy is the solution.
