|Summary||0016843: Cron command now needs -c parameter|
|Description||In release 2.10.x the -c parameter on a cron command is optional, as the code will look for the config.php file in "known locations". The parameter is needed only when the config file is in a different location.|
This seems to have changed in 3.x with the -c parameter now being mandatory, even when the config.php file is in the default location. See file admin/index.php line 31.
This change seems not be to be documented and I expect it will cause trouble for lots of phplist users who upgrade from 2.10.x when the cron jobs now fail.
