Description	inside send a campaign / content I cant see the editor plugin
Steps To Reproduce	I have doing a new installation my site are lists.4um.it Ihave edited the config.ini: $pageroot = ''; I have installed all phplists files in root
Additional Information	I have doing a refresh CTRL+F5 but editor dont works
