Summary0014002: disallow pasting test emails, particularly when using click tracking
Descriptionsome editors seem to cut and paste the results of a test email back into the editor, either the text version or the HTML version or both. That is a bad habit, particularly when using click tracking, as it'll track the links twice.

Doing this should cause an error. This can be detected by links being "clicktrack" type links, and therefore being wrong. It'll duplicate the tracked links, but most interestingly, it'll clearly identify the person who did it :-) as their "click stats" will increase dramatically (for every normal user clicking the link, theirs will go up as well)

this can be tricky, particularly if CLICKTRACK_LINKMAP is used.

revision 3425 adds the check and shows a warning. But this needs further testing when CLICKTRACK_LINKMAP is used.
