|Summary||0012806: Display Email Confirmation is selected on a subscribe page, it will also show up on the users Preferences page|
|Description||In 2.10.5, if Display Email Confirmation is selected on a subscribe page, it will also show up on the users Preferences page.|
The Email field is filled in with their proper email address, but the Confirm Email field is blank, meaning that they have to fully type in their email address again, everytime they want to make a change to their account.
This is obviously not very user friendly! There are two possible solutions, and probably both could be implemented with an option on how the admin wants it to work:
(1) Have the Confirm Email field be automatically filled in with their Email address whenever they visit their preferences page (so both fields are the same). This would allow for double checking their email only if they change it!
(2) Have the Confirm Email field not display at all on the preferences page, and therefore skip the checks to compare emails and see if the emails match if they were to change their email.
