Summary0018200: Provide link to plugin's settings
DescriptionI think it would be useful to have a link on the Manage Plugins page to each plugin's configuration settings on the Settings page.

Then it will be a bit clearer that the plugin can be configured when someone installs a plugin.

Ok, looks good

Configure: general settings

Could do with capital G on general though.

The value 'general' is provided by whichever plugin you were looking at. other plugins, including my ones, provide a value with upper-cased first letter, e.g. 'View in Browser', or 'RSS'.

Also, on the Settings page, all of the group headings are lower case, so 'general settings' in this case. I don't know whether consistency with that is important.

I'm not sure whether this piece of code should upper-case the first letter regardless, particularly as it is translateable.

Can Michiel decide whether the first character should be upper-cased, and he can then make the, admittedly simple, change. Otherwise modify whichever plugin it applies to.

Ok, so complex, lets wrap up this issue and set it to merge in and then make another issue for the capitalisation of "General" - it's probably just a translation glitch.

Sam, can you put this on this list of finished stuff for release and I will make a new issue for capitalisation
