Summary | 0017423: Importing users
Description | If you import users in "import subscribers from text file" with a "regular" administrator and choose import to "all Lists" it will import to all list not only to those that are visible / owned to the given admin.
Steps To Reproduce | Create 2 list owned by different users. login with one of the users , import users in "import subscribers from text file" and choose "All Lists". Check that the imported users are in both lists not only in those owned by the logged in administrator.
